The foundation
We started as a full-service IT company for small and mid-sized businesses: servers, desktops, networks. The plumbing every business needs and nobody wants to think about.
"Could you set up our CRM?"
A routine follow-up turned into a CRM project. Then a second client asked for the same thing. Then a third. These weren't one-off requests. Business owners everywhere were stuck on the same problem, with no reasonable fix in sight.
Quietly getting very good at this
The requests got bigger and more complex. While we kept the IT work going, we were building deep expertise in automation and systems integration, and realizing we'd stumbled into an underserved market.
All in on automation
We began shifting from traditional IT services to automation full time. The pattern was impossible to ignore: successful owners drowning in software, juggling platforms, doing admin instead of the work they love.
The pandemic pivot
Overnight, everyone went remote, and patchwork systems started to crack. Teams were working off whatever laptop was at home. Businesses needed help, fast. That moment brought our automation work into focus, and TheBizAutomater was born.
